Payment requested

I asked a 10$ payment from this famous PTC program.

People say that this site pays very slowly, but they recently changed their Payment processor and the request handle time has also changed from "60 days" to the newly claimed "48 hours"..hopefully truth will be the latter.

Funny isnt it?

I know i know..its hilarious..you may ask what..
well i have received that $0.27 payment quite fast..but hey, i didnt know that Paypal has a minimum fee for received payments..this mean that they STOLE my whole payment.
That's right, i received 27 cents and Paypal promptly charged me 27 cents..
